The key terms for booking and attending lessons.
Lessons and courses are booked and paid for online through our booking system. Course lessons are valid for twelve months from purchase.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson, so we have time to offer your spot to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded.
Surfing carries inherent risks. Our coaches are accredited and assess conditions on the day; if the surf is unsafe, we'll arrange to reschedule. Participants take part at their own risk and must follow coach instructions.
Group lessons are for ages 13 and over. Private lessons are available from age 10.
Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months and can be redeemed against any lesson or course.
